Returns

We want you to feel confident that you made the right choice in your purchase. That’s why Storesontheweb offers a 30-days returns period. We will accept any item for a full refund provided that –

Your order is complete and in an '100%' Brand new condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaged or marked the product or packaging)

Any usage of the product to examining it, and ensuring it suits your needs. We can’t accept items that show signs of use, such as scuffs, marks, scratches or a shutter count.

It is returned with the hard copy of the receipt or Invoice, the original box, packing and any accessories you received with it. This is including any plastic bag storing the accessories that comes with it

You have proof of purchase

You also return any free gifts which came with the product, which also must be in their original packaging and in a brand new condition

We love to provide excellent customer services pre-sale and after-sales, so in the event that you have returned us a product that does not meet the above requirement fully, we can still accept it but we reserve the right to deduct the refund-able amount where the product(s) show unreasonable sign usage.

We strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Returning a faulty EE iPhone

Apple themselves deal with any warrantable issues after 14 days of purchase. Please contact Apple directly who will exchange the handset.

In order to arrange an exchange, simply contact Apple on 0800 107 6285 or visit Apple's website to book an appointment.

If you have purchased a graded handset from us please contact us in the first instance to allow us to help you with your issue. Please do not call or go to an Apple store as GP Fintech are responsible for the warranty on these products.

Any shipping fees will not be refunded under return policy

You will be responsible for returning the goods to GP Fintech your own risk and cost.

Return of a Wrongly Delivered Item

If we deliver the wrong products, you are entitled to a return under this clause. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise and you may opt for a return or exchange.

As long as you fulfil all conditions in Term and Condition page, point 3.1. outlined above, you will be approved of a return. Upon approval, you will have to organise a courier to pick up your complete package (refer to Term and Condition page, point 3.1 for details) and have item(s) returned to a UK service address(for both UK and Ireland orders). Once we receive the product and inspection is passed, the refund or exchange will be processed, and the return shipping fee will also be reimbursed to you after the related invoice is provided.

Fees? - Of course there are no admin fees in this situation.
